How to Install octave-gmt software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

octave-gmt software package provides Support of GMT grid files for Octave, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install octave-gmt

octave-gmt is installed in your system.

Make ensure the octave-gmt package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep octave-gmt *
